Cindy faced Eduardo in the beach ring. She really had the hots for him, so she proposed that, if she won, she’d get to ride his big, macho cock. He replied that if HE won, he’d get to sleep with Cindy AND her new girlfriend Jennifer. Cindy’s not very good with sharing her toys. Too bad she lost.
I am glad Jen stood up for her relationship with Cindy. I was disappointed that Cindy was double crossing over Ed and was hoping Jen stood her ground. I think it is a shame their relationship lasted a New York minute because I like both of them but I still look forward to the outcome of this mess.
Anyways I hope this makes sense I am hammered off Scotch single malt Whisky.
1. Please let it happen next week either on the BWL or BSF. 2. Make it really hot. and 3. Please have Jen and Cindy make up. We need a lesbian couple since Nico and her lover are M.I.A.
Like Chaz, I have to admit that I’m a little disappointed we didn’t get to see the new dynamic of between Jenn and Cindy since their sudden, shocking, union at least a little before the admittingly inevitable break-up, but I can understand where this is coming from in terms of storytelling.
I think there was a lot of potential to be explored in Jenn and Cindy being both rivals and lovers, but that dynamic would have only been sustainable in the short term. Both women are too competitive and both have strong personalities that inevitably they would clash and there would eventually be a betrayal such as the one displayed here. I cannot fault the logic of the decision, though I do lament the potential stories we didn’t get.
That said, this was a great piece of writing and storytelling, and, as I said, this story was inevitable. I loved being inside Cindy’s head and seeing her running monologue as she analyzed the situation, and how she read every action Jenn took as hostile…though I find her reading of each ‘offense’ debatable. Given how betrayed Jenn felt at the end, I think that Cindy was projecting any precieved hostility onto Jenn…this may have been the only time we’ve seen Jenn genuinely just enjoy sex with no alterior motive! She really thought they were on the same ‘team’, and was actually trying to lessen Cindy’s humiliation in a way. But, pride being a sin both women are guilty of, Cindy took Jenn’s support as a slight.
I also loved that Cindy’s Size-Queen mania was as much to blame…I can’t blame Jenn for being hurt that her newfound lover would chose an appendage over their burgeoning relationship. We’re all used to seeing Jenn be the aggressor, the Ice Queen, the Mean Girl, but this time it’s Jenn that was hurt instead of doing the bruising herself. I can only imagine that this will increase Jenn’s cynicism exponentially and that we’re in for an even crueler Blonde Bombshell as a result (if she can GET any meaner, that is).
And I know it’s been said quite a bit in the past few weeks, but you’ve really upped your game in terms of the art…the textures and lighting add a whole new level of erotism to the images! I don’t know if I’m imagining it, but even the models of the characters seem a little different…Cindy’s breasts, among my favorites in the League, looked particularly spectacular here…rounder, firmer, somehow. Maybe I’m the one projecting now! I can’t wait to see how the other characters look when they have the benefit of this digital makeover!
Great work as usual…can’t wait to see what’s up next!
Parroting a little of what Foreshadow said, the writing was amazing for this piece as it was the first time I felt sympathy for Jenn. Usually, when she is suffering, I see it as karmic justice for her cruelty and willingness to always put herself first at the expense of others.
Here however, it is made clear that Cindy dumping David in favor of Jenn had an amazing impact on her. She actually felt loved and appeared to have opened herself up to trusting Cindy in a way she has never done before with any other character. She seemed to want to make the relationship work and may have actually loved Cindy. Unfortunately, while Jenn was able to let go of the years of animosity between the two of them, Cindy reverted back to the old patterns of assuming Jenn was out to assert herself as the alpha female.
Again, my compliments on invoking sympathy to a character who I never thought I would feel it for. As well as making Cindy sympathetic as a classic tragic heroine whose pride and mistrust undid what may have been a beautiful relationship.
Well put Druid and Foreshadow. Precisely what I was getting at If I didn’t party too hardy.
BlueDragon>Well…bi-couple at least.
Druid>Concise and insightful! I like your analysis. Jenn does indeed come off as sympathetic in this story, and there is an element of tragedy as it’s the first time we’ve seen Jenn reveal anything close to a sensitive side. Jenny is usually a cynic, given her preference for breaking up couples, she’s something of an anti-romantic, but after her lose to Cindy and her confession, I think it was revealed that deep down she IS a romantic…but that something happened to her that soured her on such feelings, turning her into the Ice Queen we all know. With Cindy we saw her melt a little, but now Cindy has hurt her so deeply that there’s no going back…I think we may have seen the death of Jenn’s ability to love someone. At the very least, the fact that she loved Cindy and the depth of her betrayal has twisted those feelings around to intense hatred, judging from her renewed promise to destroy Cindy.
I’m looking forward to what the future brings!
I vote for a future Tag Team Match: Nico and Arian vs Cindy and Jen.
