3 throughts on "Who Says There Are No Rounds in a Hotel Room?"

  1. I think I prefer the Megan that likes to lick and suck on balls rather than the Megan that wants to punch and kick balls.

  2. A lot of things to like here! I may be biased, but Megan always seems to bring out Entropy’s creative side, crafting something with a little more depth and a little more novelty.

Firstly, I always love it when a BWL story sets-up and pays-off in a BSF one. Giving the story a larger context is always exciting to me, as it helps build the idea of the BWL as a larger universe…not unlike Marvel or DC. Expansive and huge, crossing over and actions having consequence. It also allows the BWL matches to have greater stakes, which can be paid off in the BSF, which gives the BSF greater emotional stakes, while people celebrate victory, or wallow in their defeat.

Secondly, I love how Megan shows her character growth here…she has come so far from the woman that first confronted France, years ago. At first a prude, this made her an outsider in the BWL…and invader. The longer she wrestled, the more she struggled with the conflict and contrast of being a sexually repressed woman in the sexually liberal world of the BWL. this dichotomy between “I am better than these sluts,” and her own mounting desires made for great conflict, and allowed her to grow as she slowly became sexually liberated.

Megan divorced her cheating husband…she had her first same-sex experience with her protege MacKenzie. She had her first threesome with Mac and Ed…suffered her first humilliation. Megan has had her view of sex and, most importantly, KINK expanded greatly since her first days.

When writing a character arc, there are only two directions a character can go in; they are adapt, or they can not. Megan has adapted. She’s grown. And her growth has been fasinating to watch.

Of particularly interest to me is the logical way her character are progressed; even her decision to claim Matt here makes sense. Following her divorce from Korey, Megan experimented with being single, but ultimately retreated back into the familiar; a relationship with Paul, the most stand up guy in the BWL. But familiar is boring, and their relationship quickly broke down. Matt, on the other hand…is a piece of shit (which is what makes his character interesting). And that is exciting to Megan. Particularly since she’s developed this new kink for balls, which he allows her to indulge here. Kinks excite us because they are taboo; society tells us they are not to be admired or talked about; and Megan comes from a strict Irish Catholic upbringing…so indulding a kink excites her. She’s never done it before…it thrills her to go agains everything she knows. To date a shitty guy, to indulge in a savage lust for balls, to be the wild, villainous, heel. And that makes her fascinating.

Now, I may be greedy, but I hope that we get to see what happens when they go to this bar. The idea of Megan having her first catfight (outside the League) and confronting Matt’s side-piece is very exciting. It’s another novel experience outside of Megan’s comfort zone. To confront another woman in public. To take her man away. I have to admit, that is not a direction I ever imaged her going in years ago, and it makes me so happy that I can never predict what Megan will do next. 🙂

    Great work!
