DENISE challenges TANIA for the BXS Belt

BXS-162_CoverTania created quite a surprise when she challenged freshly crowded BXS Sexfight Champion Mackenzie and took away her Belt in a torrid sexfight. Now Denise hopes to accomplish the same thing by challenging MILF Tania for her Belt in front of the usual lucky crowd of onlookers. After a purple-haired and a blonde Champ, will we get a red-haired one?

  1. HOT. Very hot… one of the best breast fights you’ve ever done. Great angles and storytelling, plus I like how you deformed the breasts to show weight and substance. I’m glad Tania came out ahead… I really like her, and she seems to be in her element on BXS. Plus… I don’t know, I just don’t really have any strong feelings for Denise. She’s never really grabbed me. I sort of like her as a loser; it was something I liked about Prudence too. There’s something arousing about a character that suffers constant humiliation.

  2. While Entropy is out of town, I asked him to let me reply to these blogs.

    To ForeShadow:
    Glad you appreciate Entropy’s art work, which counts for 99% of what makes the Basement sites so great. And this posting is all his, art & text; all I did was light editing.

    Speaking for myself, I can’t agree with you about Denise. We try—with varying degrees of success—to infuse each character with a distinct personality, assets, & flaws. Some characters still come off a little bland—but we keep working on that. We don’t care much for jobbers—perennial victims whose function is to lose to other fighters (like Rocky at the beginning of the first film), & Denise is certainly no jobber. We let all the characters win some & lose some & even suffer a few surprising upsets, like on BWL-345. We had a chronic loser a few years back: Matt’s ex-wife Diane, who quickly became dull & was eventually dropped. Chronic losers make for unexciting postings.

    To JstAFan:
    It wasn’t skipped; THIS is posting #161. It was developed as #162, as the image numbers indicate, but the intended #161 grew into a 2-posting story as Entropy got inspired during its preparation. There are 3 reasons #162, Denise vs Tania, is posted as #161:

    1) QUALITY: There wasn’t time to complete the sequel to the original #161 before Entropy left town & he didn’t want to rush & do a sloppy job;
    2) CONTINUITY: He wanted to maintain continuity between both parts of what began as #161 & 163;
    3) AVAILABILITY: #162 (Denise vs Tania) was already finished & could be posted now, as #161.

    We’ve done this a few times before on both sites & nobody seems to have noticed. Besides, it’s the posting sequence that determines the serial numbers, not the production sequence. When you see #162 & 163 on 14 & 21 Nov, you’ll see why we shuffled the posting dates.

  3. Sherlock>Nice to hear from you!

    It’s hard to define what makes some characters more popular than others, and it’s mostly subjective, and thus, varies from person to person. I didn’t mean it as a jab at the writing, which I always appreciate the thought and care that goes into each update, particularly when it comes to the development of story arcs (which I’ve talked about with Entropy in some e-mails), as it’s the mark of a quality writer to think in the long term, or, to go back and expand on something that previously unnoticed and grow a story out of it.

    I find that all my favorite characters are the ones that have had some kind of big story arc, which allowed their characters to develop and their voices to become distinct. This is why I tend to gravitate toward Mimi, Caribe, Regine, Jenn, Cindy, Tania, MacKenzie, Prudence, and especially Megan (who is my absolute favorite). I think I just associate a great story with a great character, but what defines any story or character is their motivation; what they want.

    The beginning of any great story, what defines any great character is the simple phrase, “What do I want?” To win, to get the guy, to be unique, to keep your husband, to get revenge, to prove yourself, etc etc. The characters that interest me less, are the ones that haven’t had that chance to be defined… they have no strong desires, or rivalries as of yet. Denise, Sophie, Kim, Louise, and especially Kandice, all lack that defining quality that makes them stand out to me, and have sort of become placeholders in my mind; I can read and enjoy stories with them, but I don’t really get excited. At any rate, you can’t please all of the people all of the time, and I’m sure that many people disagree with me.

    I get what you’re saying about jobbers, but even that is sort of a defining character trait, and why I liked Prudence; it didn’t mean she had to KEEP losing, but when she was it gave her something to strive for, to overcome; it showed her persistence. Denise, of late, has sort of been the same way; she’s been having a bad run of luck. Maybe this will be what defines her; a re-dedication to her career as a fighter to turn things around and become competitive again? It’s a thought, anyways.

    At any rate, you both do excellent work, and I appreciate the effort that goes into every story, and the scope and depth of your vision. It’s that high quality of art AND writing, that dedication and care, that keeps me coming back. I’ve had chance to exchange some e-mails with Entropy about the process of your mutual collaboration on the story creation, and I want to express my admiration for your part in the creation of such great, weekly, content! Thanks.

    That all said, I’m excited about the promise of a two parter… I always like the extended stories and stand-alones (Claire/Samantha comes to mine… still one of my favorites! I loved Claire), so this will be a real treat!

  4. I do enjoy the updates featuring the likes of Denise, Sophie, Kim, Louise, and Kandice. I feel these characters have unique traits that set them apart from the rest of the roster, even if they are currently struggling in the win column. I do agree with ForeShadow on the importance of story, however. The art is almost always impressive, but it’s the underlying plot that can make an update truly stand out. Rivalries and bad blood almost always work for me given the humiliation aspect inherent in one character besting the other. And as much as I enjoy Denise, I do hold out that Jenn (who’s had her number) turns her into her personal submissive! There are also the updates, like this one, where a theme is played out to perfection like the battle between large and really large breasts.

    The weakest element to me in both BWL and BXS is the involvement of male characters in the action. I don’t mind their role as trophies, but that’s the extent of it. This is my personal bias and I understand if a good number of fans feel otherwise.
