you’ve done a number of story’s ending with the girls questioning if there cut out for the league, are you planning to get rid of them or something (personally I really like kim)?
I think it’s mostly just Entropy creating drama and setting up character arcs. Characters grow by facing challenges. Every story has a “Dark Twilight of the Soul” moment where a character reaches their lowest point, and then must climb back up. Given that Entropy HAS in fact had characters retire before, I think it’s smart to have multiple characters consider their place in the league at the same time to create drama and tension as to which one might be seriously considering it. If it was just one of them, fans would see it coming, but if it’s mutlple ones, it becomes a surprise if one does retire…and if they don’t, it still creates tension/anticipation/mystery.
It’s just the normal cycle of serialized storytelling. : )
I don’t think Entropy is going to get rid of any fan favorites…then again do the names Nicolette and Ariane ring any bells?
If you are going to get rid of Mackenzie, then at least let her go out on top and beat Prudence for all the shit she made her go through.
